Hello Shades Warranty Info:



Coverage: 

 

Hello Shades LLC ("the Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("the Customer") the following:

 

  • Five (5) year coverage on all components (motors, fabrics, solar panels, remote controls). For avoidance of doubt, if the Customer purchased matching products, only the specific defective product will be repaired or replaced.
  •  One (1) year installation warranty: Hello Shades warrantees that its free installation services will be free from defective installation. This installation warranty extends to the original customer, with proof of purchase, for up to one year after the completion of the installation.
  •  Extended warranty may be available for an additional fee. Please check with our Customer Service Department at customercare@hello-shades.com

 

 

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from:

 

  • Improper measurement and/or installation of the product by person(s) other than a Hello Shades representative.
  • Improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the products.
  • Accidents, acts of nature, or any other causes beyond the Company's control.
  •  Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, or fabric degradation over time.

 

 

Remedy:  If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered during the warranty period, the Customer must promptly notify the Company in writing and provide proof of purchase. The Company, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product or parts thereof, free of charge. If the product or parts are no longer available, the Company reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute or refund the original purchase price.

 

Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product or parts as provided herein. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or any other economic losses.

 

Claims Procedure: To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact the Company's Customer Service Department at customercare@hello-shades.com and provide details of the defect, along with proof of purchase. If a product return is necessary, this will be arranged by the Company.

 

Severability: If any provision of this warranty is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the warranty, which shall remain in full force and effect.

 

By purchasing our products, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

 

 

DISCLAIMER

 

Acknowledgment of Light Bleeding: The Customer acknowledges that light bleeding may occur around the edges of the window treatment due to factors such as the design of the product, variations in window dimensions, and installation methods. Light bleeding may result in the penetration of light into the room, even when the window coverings are fully closed.
